Terms and Conditions

Payments

At present, we accept credit/ debit card payments and online bank transfer option as form of payment. The total price for your order, including delivery charges, will be due upon online payment option. We will, however, notify you if any of the products ordered are not available for any reason after you have placed your order and we will not charge you for such products.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 24 hours and we deliver everywhere in Pakistan. A non-refundable charge of PKR 300 will apply.

We make every effort to deliver all products within 2 to 5 working days. However, this timescale is only an estimate. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. You will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered to you. Ownership of the products will transfer to you once we have received payment in full.

Exchanges & Returns

You can exchange any purchased product (except customised products) within 10 to 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received your order. All products exchanged must be received by us in the same unused condition, unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags. All products will be inspected and any product that is found to be in an unsuitable condition or with tags removed will not be processed and sent back to you to the original delivery address. Please note that we cannot accept the exchange of any customised product unless it is faulty.

If you wish to exchange a product, please email us at heirloomandlove@gmail.com and we will provide the address where to return the product to. Please note that if you are returning a product to us for any reason other than the product being faulty, you are responsible for returning such product to us and pay the cost of doing so.

We do not provide refunds unless the product is faulty.

Order Cancellation

Any order may be cancelled via email to heirloomandlove@gmail.com within 24 hours of being placed. If your order has been processed and the products already shipped, as evidenced by the email confirmation sent to you, then the above Exchanges & Returns policy will apply. Heirloom & Love has the right to cancel any order for any reason including, but not limited to, the products ordered being unavailable.
