Exchanges & Returns

You can exchange any purchased product (except customised products) within 10 to 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received your order. All products exchanged must be received by us in the same unused condition, unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags. All products will be inspected and any product that is found to be in an unsuitable condition or with tags removed will not be processed and sent back to you to the original delivery address. Please note that we cannot accept the exchange of any customised product unless it is faulty.

If you wish to exchange a product, please email us at heirloomand love@gmail.com and we will provide the address where to return the product to. Please note that if you are returning a product to us for any reason other than the product being faulty, you are responsible for returning such product to us and pay the cost of doing so.

We do not provide refunds unless the product is faulty.

Order Cancellation

Any order may be cancelled via email to heirloomandlove@gmail.com within 24 hours of being placed. If your order has been processed and the products already shipped, as evidenced by the email confirmation sent to you, then the above Exchanges & Returns policy will apply. Heirloom & Love has the right to cancel any order for any reason including, but not limited to, the products ordered being unavailable.
