There may be slight differences in embroidery due to work of different artisnals Handmade crochet detailing all over the edges with crochet buttons over the placket giving perfect look.
Each piece is carefully crafted and takes 10-14 days time.
We produce limited number of pieces in each design, once out of stock cannot be restocked.

Any product bought from Heirloom and Love can be exchanged ONLY when the company is at fault of delivering the right order or the clothing item delivered is faulty.
In cases where the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong size or color for an item, our exchange policy is not applicable. In such cases, we are not liable to exchange the clothing item.
Heirloom and Love does not entertain any returns and/or refunds.
For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
